Feedstock Pre-treatment
Basis Energy Purification, LLC owns process patents and technology developed by two of its founding members (an engineer and a PHD in chemistry). The company has developed a unique Purification Process Unit (PPU) for novel purification of biofuel feedstocks. This non-clay automated system reduces metals, nitrogen, and moisture, insolubles, and unsaponifiables (MIU).
